 Hello Bloggers. This will be a mini blog about some facts that I found interesting for the Reds last season, or this off season. Hope you enjoy!
- Bronson Arroyo had the best ERA in baseball from July 10th to the nd of the year, which was 2.07.
- Joey Votto had the 3rd best OPS in the NL. Fielder and Pujols were 2nd and 1st.
- Johnny Cueto had a 2.69 ERA in winter ball this off season.
- The Reds were 26-11 when Scott Rolen was in the lineup.
- Wladimir Balentein hit the farthest home run in the MLB last year.
- Aroldis Chapman was caught defecting from Cuba his first try, but did not face any punishment.
- Ramon Hernandez hit .328 with RISP.
- Daniel Ray Herrera is 5 6', but had a 3.06 ERA last year.
- Brandon Phillips eats Lucky Charms before every game.
- Edinson Volquez is nicknamed "Volqy".
- George Grande (Reds' announcer) retired this past season and was the first ever SportsCenter anchor.
