It's been over two years since Chris Capuano threw his last pitch as a member of the Milwaukee Brewers. Since then, he has been trying to overcome his second Tommy John surgery. The question is, will he ever overcome it? I sure hope so considering he's my favorite ballplayer, but I have my doubts. It seems whenever his arm starts to heal he has a relapse. He was even supposed to return to the club for Opening Day of the 2008 season, but never did. And in 2009, he got a few starts in the minors in which he pitched six innings allowing one earned-run. Not much, but it's a start. I really would love to see Chris Capuano back in the Brewers rotation in the 2010 season. For those of you who don't know, he even made the All Star team in 2005 in which he posted a 18-12 record with a 3.99 ERA. Not Cy Young numbers, but certainly not bad. Capuano's Career numbers show a 42-48 Record in 711.2 innings and a 4.39 ERA.
